Paradise Valley Cowboy, 2016
Range rider Daniel Anderson moves through a herd of cattle on his family's ranch in Tom Miner Basin, Montana on the northwest border of Yellowstone National Park. As a range rider, Anderson is checking on newborn calves, calming the herd and looking for wildlife in early spring, a role that aims to mitigate livestock loss from predators such as wolves and grizzly bears.
